We have a highly skilled, experienced and qualified group of first class coaches in the MDHUB team.
Following an initial confidential one-to-one chat with a leader, manager or fellow employee, the MDHUB coach will propose and agree the number of hours required at a time and place that works for you.
We offer three types of coaching:
1. Management coaching:
Focus: Management coaching is typically geared towards enhancing a manager's or leader's overall effectiveness in their role.
Goals: It aims to improve leadership and managerial skills, focusing on aspects such as decision-making, communication, team building, and strategic thinking.
Scope: Management coaching often addresses a broad range of managerial responsibilities and behaviors, helping individuals excel in their leadership positions.
2. Performance coaching:
Focus: Performance coaching concentrates on improving an individual's performance in a specific role or task.
Goals: The primary goal is to enhance an individual's capabilities and results in their current role, often by addressing specific skills, behaviours, or tasks.
Scope: Performance coaching may be more task-oriented and focused on achieving measurable outcomes within the current job responsibilities.
3. Emergency coaching:
Is for providing support and guidance to individuals or teams facing urgent and critical challenges. This might include coaching to help leaders make rapid decisions, manage crisis communication, or navigate high-stakes situations
