£137.50 per month excluding VAT. Billed annually.
You’ll join a Regular Peer Group, and enjoy access to topical Wildcard training, special interest groups sessions, and social and networking events across the South East. An additional member of your team can join for just £55 per month excluding VAT.
Team Membership
Welcome your whole leadership team. For owners, boards or director teams, we offer consolidated rates for up to six members.
What’s Included
Peer-to-Peer Support
You’ll attend up to 12 peer-to-peer workgroups per year, alongside optional topical expert-led Wildcard peer sessions on current business and leadership topics.
Wildcards
2-hour specialist expert-led peer sessions on subjects that are front of mind for our members.
Recent Wildcards include introducing AI to your business, negotiation skills, and how to manage stress in the workplace.
Standard membership includes attendance to up to six sessions.

Forums
A laid-back breakfast to catch up and discuss the wider business world with your fellow leaders.
Social & Networking Events
Our members get together twice a year at our spring equinox and annual leaders’ lunch & awards ceremony. A chance to relax and celebrate each other’s successes away from the day-to-day of our businesses.
Walk on the Wildside
A wonderful opportunity to take our peer learning outside and meet new members.
The walks tend to run once a month throughout the year, covering picturesque parts of Sussex over 1-3 hours.
Opportunity for Research Participation
Curious about the psychology of work and productivity? You’ll have the opportunity to participate in a fully-funded research programme into the Four-Day Working Week, brought to you by MDHUB and The University of Sussex.
Shortcut
Book Club
A common shared attribute of our members is the desire for continuous to always learning.
In Shortclub Book Club, we discuss the ideas of the most interesting business, psychology and productivity books with plenty of energising ideas to take away. Great summary extracts – little reading required.
