What we will cover:

Understanding who you are as a leader:

• Delve into what leadership means to you, looking at experiences that have sharped your beliefs

• Explore how leadership practices have evolved and the shift that is required of leaders today in this new volatile and ever-changing landscape

How do you want to show up:

• Discuss how you want to show up as a leader and when you’re at your best

• Introduce key leadership practices and where you might need to dial up or down certain styles

How you really show up:

• Look at perception vs reality in the context of your own leadership identity and consider your typical default style. What personas do you inhabit? How do your preferences impact the way you are seen by others?

• Introduce a concept to improve self-awareness as a leader to ensure how you are seen is the identity you are actually portraying.

Adapting your style:

• Finally, we’ll explore how you’ll need to adapt your style depending who you’re managing and what situation you’re in.
