A serial entrepreneur, Helen Bailey has over 27 years’ experience of working in retail, drinks, hospitality and leisure.

In 2012, Helen established Aviatrix, an independent strategic market research consultancy. Aviatrix helps companies improve their sales by using customer feedback to get a greater understanding of a business.

More recently, Helen trained as a coach & mentor. She helps individuals and teams to tap into their innate skills, transforming their approach to work.
