Fiona Shafer

Fi is passionate about her work with entrepreneurs. With over 30 years experience as a business strategist, leadership coach, NED, charity trustee and community leader, Fi combines her commitment to excellence with a practical, fun and creative approach to support and find solutions to often very challenging board and team situations in her leadership work.

Fi joined Phil Green at the hub100 in 2004 and became co-owner when the business became MDHUB in 2009. Fi became Managing Director in 2015 and feels very privileged to work with the MDHUB Community of business owners and leading the brilliant MDHUB team, to consistently deliver successful and innovative outcomes for both members and our partners.
