Liz Kimberley and Catherine Parsons

Liz has worked as an HR and training professional since 1990, with her early experience in the hotel, catering and retail industries. She specialises in employee relations and training and has prepared tribunal defences. Liz works both with high-profile companies and SMEs, helping them to improve their HR practice. Catherine and Liz set up their consultancy 360HR Limited in 2008.

Catherine is an HR consultant and trainer who has worked in the field since 1990. She has extensive experience ranging from advising managers in day-to-day matters to defending tribunal claims. She has delivered training to a wide range of private and public sector organisations, including Marks and Spencer, Ofsted and Specsavers. She is a corporate member of the CIPD.
