Non-Executive Director (NED) services

We are often asked for more in depth involvement with our member companies and as such we have developed a Non Executive Director service.

Members of the mdhub team act as a Non Executive Director (rather than a share holding Non Exec).

We provide either half a day or a day a month over a 12 month period of Non Exec support on a range of services including attendance at and chairing of monthly board meetings, additional business support and coaching for board directors .

futurehub

You may have identified a future successor or new board director for your business and whilst very talented, your proposed successor(s) lacks some of the core skills and experience that you have developed to date.  This is a 12 month programme of development for the future leaders of your business. Each Futurehub group session is half a day a month for 12 months with the dates and location pre-selected by the group of attendees in advance to fit in with their everyday work schedules. Plus: each attendee will have up to half a day 1:2:1 management development session each month with their facilitators to support their Personal Development Plan’s.

hubalpha

Strategy days

Facilitated day(s) for your board, away from the office in beautiful and peaceful surroundings. We provide a mixture of theoretical and very practical input to help you develop your strategy and to stretch your strategic thinking.  Working individually, in pairs or teams to address important areas of your business model, we take advantage of the environment, mix thinking, talking and action and make sure that you leave with the basic strategic framework for your business.
