Latest Furlough Agreement

Based on the most recent guidance please find the updated agreement here.

The new agreement incorporates some of the points that have come to light since Thursday last week and so makes it clearer, in particular around what the person is going to be paid.

Catherine recommends  deleting  the paragraphs that do not apply in each individual case.

Even if you have put some employees on Furlough using the previous Agreement, you may want to use this new Agreement for any future ones that follow.
