Well done Lisa Cooper at KBC PR, who has won The Lioness Award at our annual Leaders lunch and awards ceremony, Hubbub2024. The award was presented by Terry Toms at R&D Tax, who sponsored the award.

Below are words by Fiona Shafer, MD of MDHUB, who has worked closely with Lisa over a number of years :

Growing and managing a team remotely when you are travelling across the pond on a very regular basis is no mean feat and one that Lisa just takes in her stride.

Lisa has worked incredibly hard to understand and develop the team at KBC alongside her passion for sales, investing in team building and coaching when required.

Lisa is in no way a “behind the scenes” leader – Lisa is fully present and confident, and you will always see her coming as she is highly identifiable by her trademark laugh and multicoloured bob!

Lisa is a lioness who truly lifts the room when she walks in and has been a delight to see Lisa grow into the strong and protective leader she has become, not just for her team but also the support that she gives to her co-director David.

Well done Lisa!
