It is no surprise Steve has won this category – he was recruited as Operations Manager a couple of years ago to fast grow Wonderpack.eco as a sustainable thoughtful fulfilment house for ambitious e-commerce brands that care.  

Ever since Steve has run with his mission and to date, the Burgess Hill branch has almost reached capacity.  

Having proven to the Directors what Steve is made of & can achieve, he has been asked to also set up and oversee the acquisition of a new warehouse in Nottingham already employing 12 successful recruits. Steve delivers against his brief. He understands what is needed to establish a highly reputable fulfilment business for sustainable companies .  

Steve is a highly experienced & motivated Operations  Manager whose skill set goes way beyond, and when you hear Steve speak, he is doing the job of MD as well as his own role. His focus is to recruit he right people, he manages super well, with the ability to have structured the business to ensure that that the operations run like clockwork.   

Steve’s values are his driver, and any threat to going against his values will turn Steve into the unthinkable, in the knowledge of this Steve works to his values which deliver dividends for him as an ethical human being and the business he has helped create.   He is a Tough Mudder and a tireless fundraiser in memory of his late brother Marc. 

Steve is a high energy person who wears his High Vis Jackets very well,who fulfils his brief and the organisations growth requirements. He is customer focused and believes he is only as good as the team behind him.
