Sarah Willcox, Mediation and Change Management Specialist

Sarah is co-director of a consultancy offering change management services to a range of clients in the local SME community, as well as to larger organisations in the public and private sector. As a Certified Scrum Master, Certified Scrum Product Owner, and PROSCI practitioner Sarah’s focus in the company is on change management, project management and strategic development. She is also a qualified mediator.

Owner and MD of an SME herself, Sarah can understand the challenges and excitement that many MD Hub members experience on a daily basis.

Key to Sarah’s approach is her commitment to working in a client-centred way, supporting teams and individuals to create, own and deliver the change they want to see in their working environment. Flexible and positive, Sarah is an effective team builder, problem solver and intuitive negotiator with excellent listening and facilitation skills. She is warm, versatile, organised and creative, and combines the ability to hold a vision with the commitment and energy to ensure delivery effectively.

Fi was invited to become a Director of the MDHUB in 2008 after working as a facilitator with the organisation since 2004.  She was appointed MD in January 2015.
