Liz Kimberley, HR & Employment Specialist

Liz has worked as an HR and training professional since 1990 with her early experience mainly in the hotel, catering and retail industries. In HR Consultancy for 20 years, she specialises in employee relations and training and has prepared tribunal defences. Liz has worked closely with a number of high-profile companies as well as working with many SME’s on general day to day HR practice.

Liz and her business partner Catherine Parsons set up their consultancy – 360 HR Ltd – in 2008.

Fi was invited to become a Director of the MDHUB in 2008 after working as a facilitator with the organisation since 2004. She was appointed MD in January 2015.
