A serial entrepreneur, Helen Bailey has over 27 years’ experience of working in retail, drinks, hospitality and leisure and was the owner and operator of five restaurants with a turnover in excess of £5 million.

In 2012 she established Aviatrix, an independent Strategic Market Research Consultancy whose sole focus was to help companies increase their sales by gaining a greater understanding of their business through the eyes of customers.  Aviatrix now offers a personal and bespoke service to a wide range of clients from a variety of industries including utilities, drinks, retail and care homes.

More recently Helen trained as a coach and mentor and she specialises in steering individuals and teams in the direction of their own innate wisdom which in turn allows them to visibly transform and un-tap their own potential.  Helen’s approach is to create a space that allows clients to relax and explore what they truly want and through this process achieve what can seem impossible.
