    Understanding basic Finance is one of the key roles an MD, Director or Senior Manager require.  Your Board Directors may have been promoted for their talents but not had basic training in understanding the numbers or you may be running a business with little or no financial experience. This is surprisingly common so the MDHUB have developed this programme to demystify the financial side of your business so that you can feel more in control of the numbers and better able to interpret what they mean.  The programme covers:

    – Working with cost and budget.
    – Financial forecasting.
    – Managing cashflow.
    Consisting of two half days, this programme can be run on or off-site.
