Congratulations are in order for Helen Saint at GPsurgery.net, as she scooped up Best Supporting Act at Hubbub2024, MDHUB’s Leaders lunch and awards ceremony. This award was sponsored by Reigate and Banstead Borough Council.

Below are some words by Tim Green at GPsurgery.net, who nominated Helen for this award:

When Helen joined our company in 2018 she was our first employee.

At the time it felt like a huge step and a significant responsibility but Helen has proved to be an invaluable asset.

Prior to joining us Helen worked for a client and when we found out she was moving on we knew we shouldn’t miss the opportunity to offer her a role.

Within a month Helen changed my relationship with work. She saw what needed to be done and began to organise customers, manage projects and create spreadsheets and checklists for us to track our work together.

She is now our onboarding and customer services specialist, helping to schedule our workload and overseeing our support desk.

Although I didn’t recognise it at the time, the systems Helen quietly put in place marked the start of the transformation of our company from a one-man band to a thriving six-strong organisation.
