This role demands excellent interpersonal skills and a flexible approach to working as well as the drive to meet both customer and internal expectations. A desire to work in a customer focused IT help desk environment and to build a career in customer service is essential.
The ideal candidate will also have previous experience working within a helpdesk environment providing support to customers using web based software solutions.
Working as part of the ROCC Uniclass Project Team to deliver external customer facing software implementations this role requires excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills with a flexible approach to working as well as a desire to drive ROCC project team members to deliver customer projects on time and within budget.
The role requires written and verbal communication at all project team levels, from board members to software developers and the ability to gain respect in front of these varied audiences and handle both internal and customer facing project meetings.
The role will require some travel throughout the UK.
