Luke was CEO of ROCC, a successful software house focusing on Housing and the Public Sector, for 16 years before becoming Chairman in January 2016. Luke took over at 30 years of age from his father Michael Aldrich, former ROCC chairman and CEO, Chairman of the Tavistock Institute, Chairman of the board of governors at the University of Brighton, government advisor, author of the seminal prediction of the future of technology 'Key to the Wired City' and the inventor of online shopping.
During his time as CEO, Luke bought three companies, sold one, ran a business in Eastern Europe and helped to launch a number of internal new product and service innovations. Luke is involved with various initiatives including setting up innovative Corporate/Charity partnerships working with the Prince’s Trust, sponsoring and working with young adults in need and homeless organisations to ensure that ROCC contributes to the local community. He also chairs a Pension Fund and has considerable experience in Marketing, Leadership, Management and Personal Coaching
