Hosted at the Ricardo’s fabulous Centenary Innovation Centre, this will be a brilliant opportunity for members of the Escalator programme and MDHUB Members to meet together and to hear from three outstanding speakers who will be sharing their stories with you.
There will be a Drinks and Canapés reception at the end of the evening.

Bruce Daisley – Vice President for Twitter in Europe, Middle East and Africa
Bruce Daisley is the EMEA Vice President of Twitter and best selling author of The Joy of Work. He joined the company in 2012 having previously run YouTube UK at Google. He has also worked at Emap/Bauer and Capital Radio.
Bruce runs the Apple #1 Business Chart topping podcast Eat Sleep Work Repeat on work culture. Bruce’s book The Joy of Work has been a smash hit, it was the Sunday Times number 1 business bestseller in spring 2019, the Financial Times made it Book of the Month.
Eric Partaker – Co-CEO of Chilango & High Performance Expert
Eric has been named “CEO of the Year” at the 2019 Business Excellence Awards and one of the “Top 30 Entrepreneurs in the UK” by Startups Magazine. His work has featured on over 7 major TV stations, in the Wall Street Journal and in The Economist. He has also appeared as a guest judge on The Apprentice.

Eric is one of 300 people worldwide certified as a High Performance Coach, by the High Performance Institute. He has also completed a coaching certification and apprenticeship with Professor BJ Fogg, who leads Stanford University’s Behavior Design Lab.
As Co-Founder & Co-CEO at Chilango, Eric oversees overall company strategy, operations, and marketing as well as product, brand, and culture development. Eric also helped build Skype’s multi-billion dollar success story and started his career as a consultant with McKinsey & Company.
Tamara Roberts – CEO of Ridgeview Wine
Tamara joined Ridgeview, her family’s Sparkling Wine making business, in 2004 as General Manager and become CEO in 2014. She has overseen the growth of production in that time from 25,000 bottles per annum to 300,000 bottles and is currently managing the next growth phase which will see production reaching 600,000 by 2020.
Tamara is a qualified chartered accountant and is responsible for the financial management of the business as well as setting & implementing the strategy across all other areas from grape to glass.
Ridgeview are proud to be a pioneering force in our industry. Founded in 1995, we are one of the first wineries to be devoted to the production of English sparkling wine and are current title holders of ‘International Winemaker of the Year’ in the International Wine & Spirit Competition.
